SDGP-30 Reward the Chinese-speaking Stake DAO community managers

Summary:

This proposal discusses the monthly compensation of Chinese-speaking Stake DAO Community Managers with SDT.

Context:

Following Stake DAO’s move onto the BNB Chain through the creation of the Pancakeswap’s CAKE Liquid Locker, Chinese-speaking community members spontaneously took the role of community managers to help guide the local BNB Chain and Pancakeswap community member who wish have questions about Stake DAO products.

To compensate these community managers for the valuable work they provide, a dedicated fund of 25,000 SDT could be set up.

A first reward of 2000 SDT would be given to Ran An (@heluoooo) for his good work creating the Chinese sdCAKE chat (Telegram: Contact @StakeDaoAndsdCAKE), and animating it with the 46 members that joined so far.

Further rewards would be attributed if the good work is continued.

Means:

• Human resources: No developer time needed
• Treasury resources: 25000 SDT for the fund.
• Technical Implementation: No technical implementation needed.

Proposal specifications:

• Admin: veSDT holders
• Community feedback: 3 days minimum
• Voting Duration: 7 days
