SDGP-23 Add SDT Rewards on the sdFXN Gauge

The proposal suggests adding the sdFXN gauge to the SDT gauge controller, enabling SDT incentives for sdFXN liquidity providers.

Context:

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance participation within the Stake DAO ecosystem, we have identified an opportunity to introduce the sdFXN gauge into the SDT gauge controller.

Means:

Human resources: Minimal developer time required for integration. Treasury resources: No additional treasury resources needed. Technical Implementation: Add the sdFXN gauge to the SDT gauge controller.
