Summary: Proposal to whitelist BiLira Multisig (0x07913270B3B198b3854Df9463d646Ce145E02349) on the Stake DAO Liquid Lockers to allow them to lock SDT and vote with veSDT.

Rationale:

BiLira is a stablecoin provider pegged to the Turkish Lira (TRYB).

To diversify their Protocol Owned Liquidity, BiLira wants to deploy part of their liquidity into Stake DAO Liquid Lockers:

To maximize the utility of the lockers, BiLira requires access to the veSDT whitelist.

This will enable them to most efficiently deploy capital into the Liquid Lockers and associated strategies. Locking SDT tokens will also enable them to continually scale the strategy as required.

Means:

Human Resources: Minimal developer time needed. Treasury Resources: No treasury resources needed.

Technical Implementation: Update the SDT smart wallet whitelist.
