Summary: Proposal to whitelist Silo Finance on the Stake DAO Liquid Lockers to lock SDT and vote with veSDT.

Rationale:

Silo Finance creates permissionless risk-isolated lending markets as well as issuing the XAI stablecoin.

To diversify their Protocol Owned Liquidity, Silo Finance wants to deploy part of their liquidity into the Stake DAO Liquid Lockers strategies :

Providing whitelisted access to lock SDT tokens enables the DAO to utilise sdCRV and partake in gauge voting.

Means:

Human Resources: Minimal developer time needed.

Treasury Resources: No treasury resources needed.

Technical Implementation: Update the SDT smart wallet whitelist.

Community feedback: 2 days minimum
