Summary:

Proposal to whitelist Reserve Protocol Multisig (0xC6625129C9df3314a4dd604845488f4bA62F9dB8) to lock SDT as veSDT.

Rationale:

Reserve is a protocol that creates $R tokens to be used as digital currencies all over the world. Especially for countries underserviced by traditional systems.

Reserve Protocol wants to utilise the Liquid Lockers to vote for $R token gauges and deploy liquidity to Curve.

Means:

Human Resources: Minimal developer time needed.

Treasury Resources: No treasury resources needed.

Technical Implementation: Update the SDT smart wallet whitelist.

Proposal Specifications:

Admin: veSDT holders

Community feedback: 2 days minimum

Voting Duration: 3 days
