Summary:

Proposal to whitelist Bao Finance Multisig (0x3dFc49e5112005179Da613BdE5973229082dAc35) to lock SDT as veSDT.

Rationale:

Bao Finance is a community-run project creating new synthetic assets and markets. Our synthetics (baoUSD, baoETH currently) are backed by debt positions created in our vaults, and stable assets via its PSM.

Bao also issues redeemable basket tokens, representing an index of underlying tokens with the option to a yield strategy.

Bao would like to stake SDT to vote for SDT rewards for Bao related liquid locker gauges as well as boost our sdBAL governance power and APR.

Means:

Human Resources: Minimal developer time needed.

Treasury Resources: No treasury resources needed.

Technical Implementation: Update the SDT smart wallet whitelist.
