SDGP #34 - Multisig signers election

This is the election of multisig signers for the DAO. Those signers will be in charge of managing the DAO's resources in its best interest as explained in the forum post.

Signers will be doxxed to the StakeDAO Association's President, and will have to comply with the set of guidelines detailed here: https://gov.stakedao.org/t/multisig-signers-election/933/2?u=tube

Election rules: Following the application phase, the election is conducted as a normal SDGP using a ranking voting method to ensure a democratic and transparent selection process. This method allows community members to prioritize their choices among the candidates, facilitating a clear and fair outcome. The top five candidates will be elected as permanent members, with the subsequent three serving as alternates, ensuring a robust governance structure for Stake DAO.

Should an applicant after being elected not comply with the guidelines, the next in line would be selected in his place.
