StakeWise DAO Operations: Overdue Items

In this Snapshot proposal you will find:

1. Two transactions to increase the 100,000 SWISE bond (when initiating reality.eth) to 200,000 SWISE in order to increase the cost of malicious attacks on the DAO. The change will be effective on both Ethereum and Gnosis Chain, hence the two transactions.

2. A transaction to add three moderating addresses for the StakeWise DAO Snapshot space, in order to quickly remove any malicious proposals submitted by scammers. Two of the nominated addresses belong to prolific community members (redbeard & amphoria) and another belongs to the team, putting moderation in the hands of trusted people. This will make fighting scams much more efficient.

3. A transaction to update the gateway.fm Oracle endpoint to https://stakewise-oracle-eth-mainnet.eu-south-1.gateway.fm, which is a technical change requested by the gateway.fm Oracle team. It is a simple operation that has no impact on the security of smart contracts and does not introduce changes to the smart contracts that handle funds.

4. A transaction to migrate the 182 sETH2 and 560 rETH2 collected in the StakeWise DAO Treasury to date to the Genesis Vault in V3, by popular request, and arguably overdue.
