Season 2 Reward Conversion to xSTAR90 & Staking Rewards replenishment

Summary

Due to the delayed Token Generation Event (TGE) of the ANGRY Token, this proposal seeks to give Season 2 participants a choice regarding their reward allocation. The DAO is asked to approve the conversion of Season 2 ANGRY rewards into xSTAR90 at the fixed rate (1 ANGRY = 0.022 xSTAR90), as well as to approve the Staking Rewards replenishment with 25m of STAR tokens.

Context

Season 2 rewards were initially distributed in ANGRY Token, tied to the Angry Beras game launch. However, due to ongoing delays in the ANGRY TGE, the community currently holds 363,000,000 ANGRY tokens in pending rewards with no clear timeline for liquidity.

To keep momentum high and align incentives with the Launchpool Seasons 2 & 3, we propose offering participants an alternative reward: xSTAR90 – a 90-day unbonding staked STAR token that can be used for farming immediately in the ETH Launchpool at a 1.6x multiplier.

The voting process is repeated due to the feedback coming from the community.

Options Option 1 – Yes (Convert to xSTAR90) (Immediate Utility)

• Players convert their pending ANGRY rewards at a fixed rate: 1 ANGRY = 0.022 xSTAR90

• This results in ~8,000,000 xSTAR90 distributed in total.

• xSTAR90 can be farmed in the ongoing Launchpool Seasons 2 & 3, which offer:

100 (50 + 50 ETH) total rewards 1.6x multiplier for xSTAR90 holders

• The distributed tokens will come from the Locked DAO Warchest pool.

• Due to the pending need of providing continuous rewards to the long-term holders, this option also approves the Replenishment of Staking Contracts with 25m STAR tokens (coming also from the Locked DAO Warchest pool).

Option 2 – No (Wait for ANGRY Token TGE) (Original Plan)

• Season 2 players receive their rewards in ANGRY tokens as originally promised.

• Rewards will be distributed after the official ANGRY TGE (timing uncertain).

• This voting option also declines the Replenishment of the Staking Rewards.

Rationale for voting Yes

• Immediate utility: players can use xSTAR90 in ETH Launchpool right now.

• Fair conversion: provides a clear exchange rate with upside potential.

• Lower uncertainty: avoids dependence on ANGRY TGE timing.

• Keeps community engaged and incentivized through active gameplay and continuous provisioning of staking rewards.

Voting Options

A. Distribute ANGRY Tokens (original rewards, after TGE) and decline the staking rewards replenishment

B. Convert to xSTAR90 (at fixed rate: 0.022 per ANGRY) and approve the staking rewards replenishment

C. Abstain (no opinion / defer to majority decision)
