Background

The StarHeroes DAO Tournament Treasury was established to support competitive StarHeroes initiatives, player rewards, tournament infrastructure, ecosystem growth, and treasury-backed incentive programs that strengthen the long-term position of StarHeroes.

ETH Launchpools have proven to be an important mechanism for increasing ecosystem engagement, rewarding active participants, and supporting the broader utility of STAR and StarHeroes-related assets. Expanding the ETH Launchpool contribution allows the DAO to continue building momentum around staking, participation, and long-term community alignment.

In parallel, the StarHeroes eSports League and Grand Tournament required significant funding. The remaining 45 ETH will be used to finalize the settlement of costs associated with these initiatives, including operational, organizational, prize, promotional, and tournament-related expenses connected to the program that concluded with its finale on 17 February 2025.

The DAO is requested to approve the following:

• Increase the StarHeroes DAO Tournament Treasury contribution toward ETH Launchpools by an additional 75 ETH.

• Increase the total ETH Launchpool allocation from 300 ETH to 375 ETH.

• Acknowledge that the remaining 45 ETH will be used to finalize the settlement of costs related to the funding of the StarHeroes eSports League and Grand Tournament, which had its finale on 17 February 2025.

Implementation

If this proposal is approved, the StarHeroes DAO will authorize:

• the increase of the ETH Launchpool contribution to a total of 375 ETH;

• the use of an additional 75 ETH from the StarHeroes DAO Tournament Treasury toward ETH Launchpools;

• the allocation of the remaining 45 ETH toward final settlement of costs connected with the StarHeroes eSports League and Grand Tournament, which had its finale on 17 February 2025.

The StarHeroes team and/or authorized DAO treasury operators will be responsible for executing the approved transfers and allocations in accordance with the DAO’s treasury management procedures.
