Update STARV3 Origin Relic Real Yield NFTs.

The Origin Relic automated token distributing NFT Collection version 3.1 has been an unprecedented success for the StarSeeds Protocol, distributing over $1M from tax on transfer fees of StarSeeds Protocol tokens in the last 4 months.

Unfortunately the front end for the V1 Flair token streaming contract utilized for Origin Relic token claims has suffered from a series of UI cluttering spam attacks that have grossly overcomplicated the claiming process.

Furthermore there are mild security concerns with NFTinator's factory contract which generated the Origin Relic V3.1 NFTs.

As such we propose updating Origin Relics to V4 with an update to heymint factory generated NFT contract and Gysr NFT Staking and token reward distribution contract.

Existing Origin Relic holders can easily upgrade for a few pennies worth of gas through the heymint launchpad page, then stake and claim future rewards through the gysr Staking page.

Heymint and Gysr offer best in class security with multiple audits. The Gysr front end is immune to the spam attacks plaguing the Flair front end. Upgrading is a matter of course.

In addition, we would like to propose a fundamental shift in the distribution of StarSeeds Protocol tax on transfer fees.

1. Transfer fees from MATIC-S, BTC-S, USD-S, and ETH-S to be automatically swapped to STARV3, to then be distributed to Origin Relic Holders.

2. SP tokens to be swapped to STARV3, to than be burned. Increasing demand and reducing supply for STARV3.

3. STARV3-M tokens to be sold for BTC/ETH and then paired to STARV3/S tokens, increasing the supply of the core liquidity supply for STARV3.

4. 100 Origin Relics to be split into 10,000 Mini-Relics and sold for 300 matic each for StarSeeds Protocol liquidity.
