Add Strategy to the StarSeeds Portfolio - USDR/am3CRV staked on Curve, Convex and Harvest Finance

This is a stablecoin staking strategy pegged to the US Dollar. APR return for this option has ranged from 30-78% over the last month. Currently awarding 30% Return rate is expected to maintain itself or reduce down to 20-30% range over the next weeks to months.

This strategy takes 50% USDR and 50% am3CRV (composed of Aave wrapped DAI, USDC, and USDT), which is then staked on Curve. The receipt token is then staked on Convex, and then Harvest Finance to maximize and autocompound yield.
