Allocate 1 ETH from the Treasury to actively Promote Statera at the 2023 Blockdown Crypto Convention in Portugal.

We propose allocating 1 ETH from the Statera Multisig controlled Treasury to promote the Statera Project in person at Blockdown 2023 in Portugal. The official event runs from the 10th - 12th July and we would maintain a presence from the 9th - 13th July inclusive.

Blockdown is one of the biggest Crypto Conventions in Europe with over 3000 attendees. We'll be aiming to raise awareness - bring onboard investors and potential partners. There won't be a stand but we will be able to give Statera a presence there.

The two people who will be attending the event will be Greg (Statera Project Team Leader) and a colleague of his who works in marketing for several other crypto projects. They both have years of real life and internet marketing experience under their belts and extensive conference experience.

As it is Greg together with his colleague are already offering this service for other projects and have been doing this for some time already:- 1 ETH will include some merchandise and some other things we will have to cover - We will dedicate some of our time for free to promote the project and distribute some merch to attendees.

Statera hasn't spent a penny on marketing for a very long time as it's a big drain on resources and not very effective during a bearmarket - but attending an actual big Crypto Convention and doing face to face marketing could be a totally different thing. This is about meeting potential investors and even potential partners that may want to collaborate with the project in the future and looking towards the next market phase / bull cycle.
