SG-001/B - Statera New MS Member

The Statera Treasury Multisig has one vacancy for one new signatory. This vote will decide who the new MS member will be.

This Multisig wallet is community-driven and will contain the Statera Treasury Funds. In this way community members can make proposals for the use of these funds, which will then be confirmed via governance votes. This further decentralises the Statera Project.
