Governance Committee Reelection

All DAO members, including GC and scouts, will participate in a ranked-choice voting system, where each member will rank their preferred candidates in order of preference:

1. Voters rank, in order of preference, their 3 preferred candidates
2. If no candidate receives a majority of first-preference votes, the candidate with the fewest first-preference votes is eliminated
3. Their votes are redistributed to the next preferences on those ballots
4. This process continues until a candidate receives a majority of the votes
