Stargate New Oracle Configuration: Google Cloud Oracle

-Background - In SIP 26 (https://snapshot.org/#/stgdao.eth/proposal/0x0dabcc487407cab6a0d471f7c61a01e9e4729ae7426957fece376939f2875aa6) Stargate moved away from the LayerZero default configuration and adopted a fixed configuration. Today, Google Cloud launched an oracle on LayerZero, making a compelling offering from one of the largest organizations in the world available to anyone building on top of LayerZero.

-Proposal- Stargate should adopt The Google Cloud Oracle for all of its products (Stargate and TheAptosBridge). This will provide security backed by Google Cloud to Stargate, allowing it to take full advantage of the latest high profile oracle to become live on LayerZero. This will bolster confidence in Stargate, opening the door for even more protocols to build on top of the most used bridge in crypto.

-Execution- Stargate will update its configuration to adopt the Google Cloud oracle on all chains where it is available for all Stargate products. For any chains where the oracle is not available, Stargate should remain on the current configuration and then migrate to The Google Cloud Oracle if it becomes available.

-Summary- Stargate stands to align itself with a titan of web2 by selecting the Google Cloud oracle in its configuration. Doing so should only increase confidence in Stargate and help bolster confidence in the market for Stargate's products.
