Enable wBTC on KAVA Chain

Background: The deployment of Kava on Stargate has been a great success. The partnership started with the creation of liquidity paths for USDT transfers between Kava, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Avalanche. Now we are ready for the next big milestone, of continuing to offer users new and exciting opportunities, and this time with Native WBTC.

Kava will be the 5th chain with native wBTC deployed! Note: wBTC is the first ERC20 token backed 1:1 with Bitcoin. Completely transparent. 100% verifiable. Community led. The Kava origin team would like to make bridging of wBTC more accessible to the broader community by enabling cross-chain transfers between Ethereum and Kava.

Proposal:- Create a new pool for wBTC on Kava and enable transfers between Kava and Ethereum.

Kava will provide an initial deposit of $1M in wBTC Guaranteed 100,000 KAVA over the next two years distributed monthly and in addition to Kava Rise which is an innovative and transparent on-chain incentive program for developers driving adoption to the Kava Network. To incentivize wBTC and increase liquidity within the Kava Ecosystem. Kava and its native projects will provide ~$40,000 in rewards for wBTC on monthly across a variety of projects. Brief Summary: BitGo is deploying native $wBTC on Kava. The Kava Foundation is seeking for two Stagate pools to be deployed: $wBTC on Ethereum and Kava, to allow for bridging between these two chains. Kava will provide an initial deposit of $1M in wBTC, as well as a guaranteed 100,000 KAVA over the next two years distributed monthly.
