Wind down MAI Pools

Background

QiDao have historically maintained an Autonomous Pool Deployment of MAI tokens across 7 chains on Stargate. These pools are on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and Metis.

The QiDao team would like to wind down these pools as they are no longer going to be supported.

Proposal

Stargate should allow QiDao to wind down these pools by setting weights across all pathways to 0. This will ensure that redeeming LP is easier for all users who hold S*MAI LP Tokens.

Stargate should set all pools to redeem only mode in the UI, and block transfers between pools. This will allow the withdrawal of LP tokens for users and the QiDao team.

Execution

Set weights between MAI pools to 0, and set MAI pools to withdraw-only mode within the UI.

Upon passing of this proposal, the community should be advised to withdraw their MAI from the relevant pools.

Summary

The QiDao team wishes to wind down the MAI Autonomous Pool Deployment. Stargate should allow for this by setting all chain path weights to 0 between MAI pools on the 7 chains it is deployed on.
