Bonding Auction with 500k OP tokens on Optimism

• S*USDC gets locked in Stargate as POL on Optimism.

Liquidity Mining with 400k OP Tokens on Optimism

• Offer these tokens over a 6 month period to help retain liquidity in Stargate on Optimism.
• Emission structure will be voted on should this proposal pass.

Qualified Partner Integration 100k OP Tokens

• Offer governance approved Qualified Partners , to integrate the Stargate widget (or full integration) to receive OP tokens monthly pro-rata, based on their nominal USD value that has transferred to Optimism.
