To officially appoint the selected council members overseeing the STP Grant Program S1, ensuring effective governance and strategic alignment with ecosystem goals.

Motivation (Why)

The STP Grant Program is ready to kick off. We now need to finalize the Grant Council. The proposed council will be locked in for Season 1 by approving this proposal.

Body (What, How, When, Who):

The grant council is integral to the success of the first season of the STP Grant Program. Council members will be responsible for:

• Reviewing grant applications, providing feedback, and approving projects that align with the STP ecosystem's objectives.
• Participating in strategic decision-making processes to allocate funds effectively.
• Maintaining transparent operations and reporting grant decisions to the community. All feedback and communications will happen in the Grants channel.

Nominations were open for 10 days, during which community members could self-nominate to be part of the grant council by sending in their statement of intent in the Discord discussion thread.

We have five open positions in the council and we received five nominations.

We propose that the S1 council be composed of the following members, with links to their Statements of Intent provided below:

By approving this proposal, the above members will be finalized and locked in for S1 of the STP Grant Program.

Next Steps

• Set up the grant council multisig wallet.
• Transfer funds from the treasury to the multisig wallet.
• Announce council approval and start accepting applications for the grant program.
