Anti-abuse:

1. When Elite TAG is transferred/purchased it has a cooldown before the new owner enjoys its benefits. 120 hours(5 days) cooldown
2. For automatic whitelist, holders should follow the 120 hours(5 days) cooldown to benefit from this as well.
