Public vs Private discord

Currently Discord is only viewable if you hold either 1+ Subterrestrial or 1+ jM Stamp to keep out scammers, done via Vulcan verification.

I'm considering opening up Discord for non-holders, however they would be only allowed to access #underground-chatter and the marketplace channels, with no permissions to post links (please post in #suggestions if you have accessibility ideas). Giveaway channel for future raffles will always be gated to SUBT holders only.

1. Open to public November 1st (after current sweep event)
2. Open to public December 1st (after November giveaway 👀)
3. Open to public January 1st 2024 (more time to internally build community)
4. Keep discord token-gated, re-visit vote at a later time
