Should we redistribute ETH from SUNC-Treasury to users who accidentally transferred ETH from exchanges in the presale?

This will be our first governance vote that should be memorable.

There were a few number of users who sent ETH from the exchange addresses during the presales of the SUNC tokens. The 25% of SUNC tokens that was immediately unlocked has already been sent to the exchange addresses. The amount of SUNC tokens sent is shown at the bottom of this paragraph.

This is our first governance proposal:

“Should we as collective owners want to distribute SUNC tokens to these users again?”

The SUNC tokens will be redistributed from Treasury Wallet and therefore are the property of all SUNC token holders. Every SUNC token holder will have to compensate a little bit of the profit for these users.
