Add 2 more active SupDucks to the trading counsel

We want to make transactions through the Trading Counsel as easy as possible in the future in case we want to make quick moves (hopefully in a bull market), therefore we would like to add at least 2 more active holders to the group so there is no delay making moves with the DAO.

We are only adding 2 holders, so those with the most votes will be added to the Trading Counsel, please make sure to vote for 2 candidates when you place you votes.
