Move 2eth to the Trading Counsel for Bull Market trades
Given our recent trade from $Collab to about 2eth, we would like to propose moving 2eth from the DAO vault to the DAO Trading Counsel so that more rapid moves/trades can be made in the impending bull run.
This will keep over 7eth in the vault, 2eth staked, 0.5eth in the DAO Optimism wallet incase the remaining $Collab is worth selling or holding, and this additional 2eth to be used to continue to grow the DAO funds more.
