Maximum votes win, not max number of tokens
Decentralisation means power in more hands not power in wealthier hands. We should change the preposition here and each person should get equal percentage of votes irrespective of how many Super they hold. We can keep a minimum number of Super holdings for someone to vote. But whales with large holdings should not be able to influence results.
