Abstract
This proposal authorizes a quarterly sUP allocation from the Community & Ecosystem bucket to fund the Superform Creator Program, known as the FTB Club. sUP holders vote to set the quarterly allocation at one of three amounts: 50,000, 100,000, or 150,000 $UP. The allocated $UP will be deposited into the sUP vault per SIP-3 and distributed to approved creators at the end of each quarter.
Background
The FTB Club is Superform's creator program. It rewards community members who actively grow the Superform ecosystem through content creation, education, and community building. Participants earn $UP for contributing to Superform's reach and onboarding new depositors into the protocol.
SIPs 1 through 3 focused on aligning stakers and depositors with protocol ownership. SIP-4 extends that alignment to creators. The people building the community and bringing in new users should participate in the upside of the protocol they're growing.
This proposal formalizes it and activates onchain funding.
Mechanism
Each quarter, the authorized $UP allocation is deposited into the sUP vault. At the end of the quarter, sUP is distributed to approved FTB Club creators based on their contributions. Creators receive sUP directly — giving them governance rights and fee share access from day one, with no manual staking step required.
This is consistent with SIP-3, which established sUP as the standard reward token across Superform's incentive programs.
Rationale
Creator programs are a proven growth lever. The FTB Club aligns creator incentives with protocol growth: creators receive sUP, which confers governance rights and fee share access automatically. More creators drive more depositors. More depositors generate more protocol fees. More fees compound back to sUP holders — including the creators themselves.
Distributing as sUP rather than raw $UP ensures creators become long-term protocol participants, not just reward recipients.
