SUDAO-OCD-1: Operational Costs Distribution for Epoch 1 (Q1 2022)

As specified in SUDAO-IP-3: SuperUMAn DAO Budget and Compensation Plan (https://discourse.superumans.xyz/t/sudao-ip-3-superuman-dao-budget-and-compensation-plan-passed/567), an allocation of $2,500 per team was proposed to be distributed to each of the teams within the SuperUMAn DAO to be used as Operational costs. $25,000 was also proposed to be distributed to the Treasury Multi-sig as an emergency fund.

This vote (SUDAO-IP-3) already passed and this proposal is only an execution proposal for the items in the proposal.

The 9 teams to be distributed to are:

1. Campaigns & Integrations
2. Operations
3. Governance
4. Content
5. Onboarding
6. Research and product
7. Social Media
8. Education
9. Treasury

A total of 22,500 USDC (2500 per team) will be distributed to each Team's Multi-sig.

25,000 USDC will be sent to the Treasury team's Multi-sig.

This will be a 24 hour vote that needs a simple majority (51%) and no quorum to pass.

Voting Options:

• For - Voting for this proposal will approve the transaction for Operational Costs distribution to teams.
• Against - Voting against this proposal will nullify the previously passed compensation distribution proposal.
