SUDAO-IP-14: Recruits, Alumni, and Honorary DAOplomats Amendments

This vote will determine if we ratify the formal proposal, 'Recruits, Alumni, and Honorary DAOplomats Amendments', as outlined in Discourse:

Summary:

• Rename the ‘Alumni Promotions’ to ‘Alumni Redesignation + Recruits Offboarding’

• ‘Alumni Redesignation + Recruits offboarding’ to now include inactive recruits list alongside inactive SuperUMAns list.

• The onboarding team, operations masters, and team leads will be requested to provide names of inactive recruits. This will happen the week before ‘Alumni Redesignation + Recruits Offboarding’ tier change process.

• All names collected during that week will be added to the inactive recruits list.

• There will be a clear distinction between the inactive SuperUMAns list and inactive Recruits list.

• If a recruit is deemed inactive by the DAO they will have their NFTs burned or blacklisted, effectively removing them from our governance structure, removing the recruits discord role and being given the ‘UMAn’ discord role.

• Honorary DAOplomats to be removed from our governance structure but remain as a discord role.

• Those that are added onto the inactive lists will be contacted directly via DM once the ‘Alumni redesignation + Recruits offboarding’ process goes live.

• Clarify that only SuperUMAns may vote to exclude those added to the inactive lists.

• Removal of any Alumni that are currently on our roster but never actively tried to get their Alumni NFT. If any Alumni are in the SuperUMAn server and have the Alumni discord tag, and don’t have the Alumni NFT, they will be contacted once more to see if they are interested in participating in our governance process. They will be given a week to respond. All the rest of the Alumni will be removed from our roster list which can be viewed here: DAO Members | Table View (notion.site)

• Alumnis that don’t respond after 1 week and currently have the Alumni discord tag but don’t have the Alumni NFT or aren’t interested to receive the Alumni NFT will have their Alumni discord tag removed and given the ‘UMAn’ tag.
