SUDAO-IP-4: Governance SnapShot Quorum

This vote will determine if we ratify the formal proposal, 'SuperUMAn DAO Budget and Compensation Plan', as outlined in Discourse:

Summary:

This proposal would effectively change the SuperUMAn governance quorum on Snapshot to 50% of the total voting power of the DAO from 50% of the number of members that voted on the discourse formal proposal.

Passing Requirements:

Majority: 51% Quorum: 18 DAO members
