Team Based KPI Options Compensation Distribution

As specified in SUDAO-IP-3: SuperUMAn DAO Budget and Compensation Plan, 17,500 KPI options of the 75,000 minted was budgetted to be used as compensation to DAO members with each team in charge of distribution to it's members.

This vote (SUDAO-IP-3) already passed and this proposal is only an execution proposal for the items in the proposal.

There has since been a 24hr discord poll to finalize how this will be distributed to teams and amongst teams.

The 9 teams to be distributed to are:

Campaigns & Integrations - 3,500 Operations - 1,750 Governance - 1,750 Content - 1,750 Onboarding - 1,750 Research and product - 1,750 Social Media - 1,750 Education - 1,750 Treasury - 1,750

A total of 17,500 KPI Options will be distributed to teams multi-sig.

This will be a 24 hour vote that needs a simple majority (51%) and no quorum to pass.

Voting Options:

• For - Voting for this proposal will approve the transaction for Team Based KPI Options Compensation Distribution

• Against - Voting against this proposal will nullify the previously passed compensation distribution proposal.
