Tranfer 45,000 UMA from the SuperUMAn DAO Treasury to the Ambassador Multi-sig

As highlighted in [SUDAO-IP-7] (https://snapshot.org/#/superumans.eth/proposal/0x087e65976e669dd301629cdf43db0c415619f69e9c70f6d403d0f1517becea13), it was proposed that 45,000 UMA is sent to the Ambassador Multi-sig and used to mint KPI Options as ratified in our Budget and Compensation Plan SUDAO-IP-3.

SUDAO-IP-7 has now passed on snapshot and this is a 24hr proposal to execute the transaction that transfers 45,000 UMA from the SuperUMAn DAO Treasury to the Ambassador Multi-sig.

This will be a 24 hour vote that needs a simple majority (51%) and no quorum to pass.

Voting Options:

For - Voting for this proposal will approve the transaction to send 45,000 UMA to the Ambassador Multi-sig that will be used to mint KPI Options.

Against - Voting against this proposal will nullify the previously passed Mechanics of suINT Distribution proposal.
