SUDAO-KCD-1: KPI Option Distribution for Epoch 1: Q1'22

This proposal proposes the distribution of KPI options compensation to SU DAO members for epoch 1: Q1'22. These options are collateralized with $UMA tokens with a base value of 0 $UMA and a maximum value of 0.6 $UMA per KPI option at expiry 03/31/22. This will be a 24 hour vote that needs a simple majority (51%) and no quorum to pass.

For - Voting for this proposal will approve the transaction for compensation distribution.

Against - Voting against this proposal will nullify the previously passed compensation distribution proposal.
