SUDAO-SCD-3: Compensation Distribution for April 2022

This proposal proposes the distribution of $UMA compensation based on a 7 day TWAP to SU DAO members for the month of April.

This will be a 24 hour vote that needs a simple majority (51%) and no quorum to pass.

For - Voting for this proposal will approve the transaction for compensation distribution.

Against - Voting against this proposal will nullify the previously passed compensation distribution proposal.
