SURV OFT Bridge Development
This vote is to approve development to turn SURV into a Layer 0 OFT token.
When complete we plan or adding liquidity and moving part of SURV to supply over to ARBITRUM.
Liquidity on FTM will not change and we will continue to use Defarms with Soulswap.
