Sushi Structural Proposals [Signal]

Various proposals have been initiated, discussed, and iterated to bring clarity to both structure and guidance on an appropriate operating framework as Sushi continues to grow. This signal vote serves to present the various proposals that have been brought forth and pinpoint a proposal to move forward for an implementation vote.
