Synopsis: This proposal is to renew Gauntlet’s engagement with Sushi on dynamic incentive optimization to drive efficiency and growth for the upcoming 12-month period.

The new engagement seeks to serve Sushi more holistically. The project scope will be expanded to include optimizing the overall incentive budget and expanding optimization efforts across additional chains beyond Ethereum mainnet. The target metric for the engagement is Protocol Utility, defined as revenue less incentives for pools optimized by Gauntlet.

Gauntlet will provide the core team with a dashboard for visibility and post quarterly updates to the community.

Pricing for the engagement is a $500k service fee (denominated in $SUSHI) and a variable quarterly performance fee of 3.6% of Protocol Utility (denominated in $USDC or $SUSHI).
