Formally Hire 0xMaki to Lead Project with Reduced Upfront

SushiSwap currently has no formal full-time team and a separate proposal (https://tinyurl.com/y3bge2xq) suggests hiring 0xMaki full-time. Members of the Sushi community have concerns with this proposal as it suggests paying 0xMaki over $1.4 million (@ current prices) upfront, which far exceeds fair market pay for the previous 2 weeks. Indeed, an actual member of the multi-sig has expressed concern over this isssue (https://tinyurl.com/y5qkozpz).

The purpose of this proposal is to allow the Sushi community to decide what portion of the total value granted should be upfront as opposed to vested. While it is crucial for SushiSwap to have a dedicated team, it is also imperative that community funds are used appropriately without the appearance of being a “slush fund”. This is doubly important given the prior debacle with ChefNomi, which considerably damaged the reputation of the project.
