Should Venture Fund 1 be dissolved early?
SVC001 token holders have the right to dissolve Fund 1 if over 50% of SVC001 tokens signal in favor of dissolving the fund early.
If more than 122,555 SVC001 tokens signal in favor of dissolving Fund 1 early, Fund 1's Ethereum and any liquid investments will be made claimable by SVC001 token holders. A plan on how and when to distribute locked tokens will be formulated after a decision to dissolve.
