Get an update from the Team on each proposal that passes quorum

There are alot of proposals that have been passed by the community, and while all of them are not viable, it would be nice to have the proposals cataloged - perhaps by Thrall - and have the teams response on them. For example, if a proposal needs tweaking then the community can propose an alternative.

Ultimately, this would continue to encourage community participation and everyone feels that their voice is being heard and their thoughts are being considered.
