As the title suggests, I propose that the number of proposals is becoming untenable, and the quality or feasibility of some proposals are not worth raising to a public committee.
I understand as holders we all have the right to air our suggestions and opinions, however there have been a number of questionable proposals lately. For example:
Poor quality or an unnecessarily high number of proposals could lead to voter apathy, or some proposals being passed with a low number of votes due to holders ignoring the proposal instead of actively voting 'Against' it.
My suggestion is that proposals should be sent via a Google Form or web submission form so that a team of SVS holders can decide whether these should be published for voting. This will ensure worthwhile proposals are raised, and a quality of proposals is maintained.
Potentially, an option would be to publish a list so we can still see the rejected proposals, so there are no questions of unfairly dismissed ideas/suggestions that were not bought forward for public voting.
