Create and use animated Video Promotions across our channels to take us to the next level

I propose we create animated promotions/short video to use on website and social channels to take us to the next level and help create some hype both around upcoming and current events/news. Look at PxN project as an example: https://twitter.com/projectPXN/status/1520459691582640128

One example of this animation might be a castle, where the front gate opens and you're taken into the inside, once inside you see Vamps are sat around a long table drinking blood from a chalice whilst laughing, perhaps a few bats are flying round too? These high quality animations could be created for upcoming news/events/teasers or competitions etc and help take us to that next level.

Having researched, we should be able to get these created for no more than £200 per video, and I am sure this figure would come down base on quantity required. I suggest setting aside 10ETH which would provide a min of 100 video animations we could use across our channels. This investment should be used over the course of 3-6 months where we can assess social engagement and ROI.

In addition, it would be great to have teasers lined up shortly after the release of news to keep momentum running and to maintain a solid floor price to further help put us in that blue chip category.
