Count and Countess Auctions

Something dramatic needs to happen to halt the continual decline in demand and price of SVS. There is simply nothing exciting enough happening with the collections right now to attract new holders, or even to keep current holders interested. I propose a deflationary event to reduce the supply of vamps and vampiresses, which will reduce the supply and increase the price. VaynerSportsPass is running a similar event currently and I think it could be adapted very nicely to SVS.

I propose a small and limited collection of Counts and Countesses be created, only 50 of each. These will come with amazing benefits to the holders such as automatic WLs to collab projects, free monthly drops of SVS NFTs or partner NFTs, ETH giveaways and other perks that the elders come up with. I would suggest that the Counts and Countesses have equal standing and the same perks as each other. It will be up to individuals which one they prefer to go for.

Counts and Countesses can only be acquired by bidding in an auction where you commit your vamps, vampiresses or bats to the auction contract. Each SVS token will be assigned a number of points depending on the collection (vamps have most points, then bats, then vampiresses) and the rarity of the token. For 5 weeks there will be 2 auctions each week, one for Counts and one for Countesses. The two weekly auctions should run concurrently for 2 days.

At the end of each auction, the top 10 bidders with the highest points total bid will be awarded a Count or Countess. All SVS tokens bid by the 20 winners each week WILL BE BURNT - SENT TO THE NULL ADDRESS NEVER TO RETURN!!

Anyone who did not win will have their tokens returned to them after the auction ends and will be free to enter the next auction.

This should have the following effects:

1. Create a new and continued demand for all SVS collections for at least 5 weeks, generating new interest and driving sales. This will help fund the DAO and also drive up the floor price of all 3 collections.

2. Reduce the supply of all SVS collections which should also increase the floor prices. The first VSP auction resulted in nearly 1000 NFTs being burnt!

3. Get people talking about SVS again and reposition us as an exciting and innovating collection.

4. Creation of 2 new and exclusive collections which will stand out as real status symbols and should be very sought after.
