The system as we have it now is great in my opinion, because everyone (also small holders who gain little $BLOOD) have a chance to buy items and raffle tickets. And this is what SVS was always about, never forget about the small holders. But I see that there is a lot of discussion about the first come first serve mechanism.
To solve this problem there are several options:
Therefore, I suggest to substitute the fcfs with a 5 minute raffle, where the $BLOOD is only deducted for the winners and all holders can only get one entry. This way still the active holders have an advantage and the winners can be announced pretty fast as it runs only for 5 minutes. -> The implementation should be in an economical way, so that not too many txn costs arise (even on Polygon it sums up for the project funds). For example, make an off chain raffle, which is connected to the discord ID of the holder. And only the winners will have to submit the txn in a certain time. If they miss the timeframe the item will be added to the next $BLOODSHOP restock. I'm sure Freddy will find an elegant way.
Another way would be to alternate between different mechanisms. So the first $BLOODSHOP restock is fcfs, the next is the raffle system, the next is an auction format, ... and then the cycle starts again.
