[Introduction/Issue] I got inspired by Terra and Vitalik latest tweets The Elite over the People Unfortunately thats true I saw two proposals contradict each other both had FOR votes😅 And we saw brilliant ideas that didnt get much votes or didnt get Quorum Since the release of blood bank we didnt do anything with it or very minimal act to raise it The reasons are in both Terra and Vitalik latest tweets

[Proposal] Elite Team (Sneaky Congress 🏛) from the community working under Thrall to shape up proposals and create proposals/Vote on behalf of the community This team have to be elected by the community to represent the below Two of; Gen1 Brand Gen2 Brand Bat Brand Family Brand Gen3 Brand One; Consultant 👨🏻‍🏫 Core Team (Thrall)

Now the consultant can cost us 10 ETH payment whenever the blood bank reached a specific target Like from 200ETH to 250 ETH I saw a consultant turn 10 ETH to 70 ETH in couple of months Or it could be in $ value rather than ETH so if ETH in August fell down we should be fine with that (Diversifying the blood bank to make it stable) If we converted the ETH to USDC and bought this dip we would get more ETH (We need consultant and fast action for this type of act) 7 Days Proposal isnt the solution

The consultant shall help the elite team to decide the best approach to grow the Blood Bank The consultant should be i will not say Financial Advisor but a Crypto Adviser with past economical or past big wins in this space

1. Who: who or what do we need to approach in order to make this proposal happen, and who will it benefit? We need to approach The community and Financial Advisors, Benefit:SVS and its brand

2. What: what is the approximate cost of this proposal, and what does it suggest we do? Max 10~50 ETH for consultation but this will be paid once we achieve the targets

3. When: when will this be implemented, how long will it take to develop, and how long will it last? One month, This will last for a Quarter and then we revote on Sneaky Congress team or even change the consultant 🏛

4. Where: where does this fit into the SVS system at large? Full SVS Brand Blood Bank

5. Why: why does this proposal seem like an appropriate use of funds? The fund is depredations in value and we didnt agree on things that will increase its value

6. How: how will this proposal be made into a reality? First the community to vote [FOR] this proposal to agree that the elite should be over the people Then if this proposal made it We start collecting volunteers and justification why they should be in Sneaky Pentagon and what are there ideas (Parliament style) Once the team is formed a channel (Congress 🏛) with View only to all users and write permission to Snaaky Congress men and consultant to watch them in action and know who is active and deserves to be in the next quarter The team should start from the existing proposals and tweak them together then vote on them between themselves The have the power to do so as we elected them to represent us for fast actions and for Vito System
