Allow Emoji reactions in Announcements Channels

Since SVS started, users have been deprived of the right to react to announcements the elders have made; therefore, I think they are blocking the right to free speech on discord.

Why are users not allowed to put emojis? Why is this action blocked? Do you want to avoid negative emojis?

I propose allowing holders to be able to react to announcements with whatever emoji they want, as this is essential for the discord community. emoji blocked.png
