BloodBank Idea | DAO Real Estate

This is an idea for when the BloodBank has grown a considerable amount, and would be scoped accordingly.

The proposal is that SVS, as a DAO, would purchase a property in a major city that often sees web3/crypto/NFT based conventions & activities.

This property, or lair if you will, would be used for the following: -Allowing SVS members to spend large quantities of $BLOOD to rent -Raffles/Giveaways within the SVS community -Giving SVS staff a place to stay during conventions in that area -Passive income if zoned as a short-term rental, and not being actively used by the community

The last point is important, as it is a way to possibly grow the BloodBank while providing further utility of $BLOOD/Vamps to the community.

Things to consider are obtaining a property manager, the taxes the LLC/owner would receive from owning the property, coordinating cleaning/maintenance services, legal obligations in zoning a property for short-term rental, & day to day management of the property as a short-term rental unit.
