Reduce the charity donation from 10 eth to 2 eth and the remaining 8 eth would go to sweeping

I'd like to formally propose we reduce the charity donation from 10 eth to 2 eth and the remaining 8 eth should go to sweeping the Vampiress floor. Five thousand two hundred dollars is a huge amount of money and more then adequate. Twenty six thousand dollars while members are down well over %50 since reveal is obsessive in my opinion. If you minted you are down %50 on your investment, and if you bought aftermarket pre reveal you are down %75 to %85 on your investment. The reason we minted 12,345 was to bring new people to the ecosystem.... well those people got burned and wont want to stick around being so underwater on their investment. Charity is a beautiful thing and we can donate more later from a position of strength. But this is not the right time to be doing charity with our floor crashing so low. If war in Ukraine escalates we could be looking at an even lower floor. We must protect the floor and maintain order with these funds. The 90 female vamps we would sweep can be used for giveaways on twitter over time, and this could grow our base. Also doing this sweep would clean up the collection by getting rid of unwanted floors.
