Alpha Whitelist channel to be publicly viewed

I propose that the "alpha whitelist channel" can be viewed by non-holders. Currently the channel can only be viewed by people with the Verified Vampire role.

In this proposal, only people with the Verified Vampire role would be able to enter the giveaways but non-holders would be able to see it. This would allow the public to view the large amount of giveaways SVS does and would drive demand for SVS.
