Perfect Pair Proposal

I propose removing the prerequisite for perfect pairs that requires them to be minted and held in the same wallet since their inception. Anyone who collects a perfect pair, regardless of whether they minted them or purchased them on the open market, should receive the benefits of a holding a perfect pair. It will boost incentive to hold and buy the perfect pair, and also gives a chance to collectors who could not mint a Gen 1 vampire the opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of SVS as they join the community.
